The room was spacious and cozy, and the kids loved playing in the snowy activities. The lack of proper towels was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

The room was great value for money, fantastic views of the mountain. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was comfy and fantastic, adjacent to the underground mall connected to all the towers, slope and the mountain, in a ski area. Tbh, had a very pleasant stay for a family vacation...

The vibe here was family. The staff were helpful and know their duties. Enjoyed the location together with various slopes.

The towel situation is absurd, especially when they charge for extras!!! It's baffling that there's no proper bag storage facility, just paid lockers. The pricing for kids' activities is exorbitantly high!!!

Spacious room, convenient location, the well-maintained kitchenette made our stay enjoyable with easy access to snacks and meals.

The resort had spacious rooms with great views and efficient staff. Skiing was enjoyable, although peak season meant longer lines at attractions. Cleaning services were minimal, so a heads-up about that would be helpful. A solid experience, perfect for families.

Skiing for the first time in decades turned out to be a thrilling experience for our family! The briefings were helpful, and the slopes were enjoyable. Don't miss out on the delicious local cuisine at the onsite restaurant. Arrive early to avoid rental lines and grab a good locker!

Family ski trip recommendation

We booked a spacious suite with a kitchenette which was perfect for our family needs. The whole underground mall made food and entertainment super accessible and easy for us.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was acceptable for the experience we had.

The stay was enjoyable for a quick skiing trip. The apartment was renovated, comfortable, and ideally situated near the slopes. Though many facilities came at an extra cost, there were plenty of food options and activities to keep us entertained. Skiing at night was particularly fun with fewer crowds.

Skiing was amazing and lots of activities, but room was too hot to sleep.

The room was nice and comfy, especially with that kitchenette. The view facing the slopes was a big plus, and the heated floors kept things cozy. Really appreciated the fast wifi too. But the only downside was the toilet lighting felt cold and a bit harsh. Still, a solid stay overall.

The well-spaced layout of the locker areas makes securing your belongings easy. The underground mall offers convenience for grabbing snacks on the go.

Unfortunately, the check-in process drags on longer than expected, requiring nearly two hours of waiting due to unprepared rooms. Once inside, the noise levels from upstairs can disrupt your sleep, particularly late at night, and a lack of bath towels instead of only face towels seems inconsiderate for a resort of this scale.

The sonobelle tower c family room was spacious and had a kitchenette, perfect for cooking. Everything is connected via an underground mall. The access to the ski slopes is so convenient, and there's even a pool for non-skiers.

We had a fantastic time with spacious rooms and a handy kitchenette that made meal prep easy. Loved the underground mall for snacks and fun! Would definitely return for another ski trip.

The Oak Suite was spacious and clean, and Snowyland killed it for the kids! We had so much fun skiing and enjoying the activities.
